Pricing & credits

Infoflow uses credit-based monthly plans — Starter CRM (₹2,999), Growth Suite (₹7,999) and Enterprise Scale (₹19,999) — billed in INR. Each plan includes a monthly credit allocation.
Credits are usage units consumed by messages and automation. Your plan includes a monthly allocation (5,000 / 20,000 / 75,000), and you can top up anytime.
Yes — 30 days free in sandbox mode, with no credit card required.
Payments are processed securely in INR through Razorpay, supporting cards, UPI, netbanking and more.

Data & security

Infoflow uses multi-tenant data isolation, role-based access control and encryption in transit. Passwords are securely hashed. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Messages are sent and received via Meta's WhatsApp Business Cloud API. We use a small set of trusted sub-processors (Meta, Razorpay, OpenAI, Google, OneSignal, Pusher), all listed in our Privacy Policy.
As the sender, you are the data controller for your contacts and must have lawful opt-in consent to message them, in line with WhatsApp's Business Messaging Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy.
