1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Infoflow platform and related services (the "Service") provided by Infoflow ("Infoflow", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Definitions
- Service — the Infoflow WhatsApp Business CRM and automation platform.
- Account / Tenant — your isolated workspace and associated users and data.
- Credits — usage units consumed by messages and automation.
- Plan — a subscription tier with a defined credit allocation and price.
- Sandbox — a trial environment for evaluating the Service.
3. Eligibility & account registration
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your Account.
4. Subscriptions, credits & free trial
The Service is offered on subscription Plans (Starter CRM, Growth Suite, Enterprise Scale) with monthly credit allocations. New users may access a 30-day free trial in Sandbox mode without a credit card. Credits are consumed by messaging and automation and may be topped up.

- Prices are listed in INR and exclude applicable taxes unless stated.
- Payments are processed by Razorpay. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
- You authorise us (via Razorpay) to charge your selected payment method for recurring fees.
- Failed or late payments may result in suspension or downgrade of the Service.
- Plan changes take effect according to your billing cycle. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Your use of the Service must comply with our Acceptable Use Policy, including all anti-spam and messaging-consent requirements.
7. WhatsApp & Meta compliance
You are solely responsible for complying with the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy, Meta's terms and policies, and applicable telecommunications and data-protection laws. You must obtain valid opt-in consent from recipients and must not send spam or prohibited content. Violations may result in suspension by us or by Meta.
8. Customer content & ownership
You retain ownership of your contacts, messages and other content you submit ("Customer Content"). You grant Infoflow a limited licence to host, process and transmit Customer Content solely to provide the Service. You represent that you have the rights and consents necessary to use Customer Content.
9. AI features
The Service includes AI-assisted content generation provided via third-party AI models. AI output may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before use.
10. Intellectual property
Infoflow and its licensors own all rights in the Service, including software, design and trademarks. These Terms do not grant you any rights in our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service.
11. Service availability & support
We strive to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Support is provided according to your Plan. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control may affect availability.
12. Suspension & termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or unlawful or abusive use. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of your paid period unless otherwise stated.
13. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Infoflow is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Infoflow harmless from claims arising out of your Customer Content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or applicable law.
15. Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in India, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
16. Changes & contact
We may update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be notified through the Service or by email. For questions, contact info@startupmatricks.in.
